Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FaceFit AI ("the Platform"), operated by Arthiq Tech Pte Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

FaceFit AI is a B2B software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered facial analysis tools for face yoga professionals. The Platform enables practitioners to analyze client photographs, generate scored assessments, build personalized exercise routines, and track client progress over time.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload photographs without the consent of the individual depicted
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Use the Platform to provide medical diagnoses or medical advice
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform

5. Client Data and Consent

As a practitioner using the Platform, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before uploading their photographs for analysis. You must inform your clients that their photos will be processed by an AI analysis engine and stored securely on the Platform.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

The Platform offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. AI Analysis Disclaimer

FaceFit AI provides AI-generated facial assessments for use by face yoga professionals as a supplementary tool. Our analysis is not a medical diagnosis, medical advice, or substitute for professional medical evaluation. The scores and recommendations generated by the Platform are intended to support — not replace — the professional judgment of qualified practitioners.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its AI models, algorithms, software, design, and content, is owned by Arthiq Tech Pte Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of all client data and photographs uploaded to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthiq Tech Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arthiq Tech Pte Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, unless retention is required by law.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
