Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Google OAuth). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details.
Client Data
When your clients use scan links to upload photos for analysis, we collect:
- Client name and email (as provided by the client)
- Facial photographs uploaded for analysis
- AI-generated analysis results and scores
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and device information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the FaceFit AI platform
- Process facial photographs through our AI analysis engine
- Generate scored assessments and exercise recommendations
- Manage your account and subscriptions
- Send service-related communications
- Improve and develop the platform
4. Photo Processing and Storage
Facial photographs uploaded through scan links are processed by our AI engine to generate analysis results. Photos are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3). You may delete client photos and associated data at any time from your dashboard. We do not use client photos for any purpose beyond providing the analysis service to your practice.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or client data. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery)
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Client photos and analysis data are retained until you delete them or close your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing
